What data we collect

Hatch collects personal data only when you actively provide it:

• Beta sign-up form: first name, work email address and your stated role. This data is submitted when you request access to the Marketing Plan Builder.
• Contact form: name, email address and the content of your message.

We do not collect sensitive personal data as defined under GDPR Article 9.

Purposes and lawful basis

We process the data you submit through the beta sign-up form to send you access to the Marketing Plan Builder and, with your consent, occasional editorial updates from Hatch. The lawful basis for this processing is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), given at the point of form submission.

We process contact form submissions to respond to your enquiry. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in communicating with people who contact us (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

Data retention

Email addresses collected via the beta sign-up form are retained for as long as you remain a subscriber. You can withdraw consent and request deletion at any time by contacting us at contact@newp.fr. Contact form messages are retained for a reasonable period sufficient to handle your enquiry and are then deleted.
